how can i start a live support call/chat

today, may 7th 2022, i entered to madden 22 and an error message occured, and then in the menu the only game modes that appeared were franchise and championship series. I cant utimate team or any online game mode. Please help

Hi I have been trying to get an issue solved I purchased 280$ worth of apex coins not 240$and I yet have not received them after waiting 24 hours and I restarted my game and console multiple times and unutsalled apex and re installed nothing works I contacted Microsoft I got no refun and said I had to contact the company I logged out and logged in Atwell nothing seems to work also I was on a live chat a day ago they said they can help achieve my apex coins because of my proof and the call got disconnected the Services where horrible I feel very unhappy 🙁 all my money gone I want a refund or my apex coins back I have tried multiple ways to figure the problem can I please speak with someone to fix my problem I have multiple photos and proof as well

I've noticed that you can only do so many livechats before you cannot do any more. I have like four Origin accounts so I can do live chats again because EA advisors just abruptly end the chat without warning before my problem is solved and then I can't start another one with someone. This is hopefully due to technical errors.

I’ve been trying non stop no reply but it seems common with ea doing this so I guess I’ll take my losses and never play a ea game again to think of all the money they make they can’t even make a support team and thank god got in contact with Microsoft I was able to get a refund
