How do I recover an account that I don’t have access to

I’ve done that twice now. They couldn’t recover it I answered the questions to the best of my ability because I made the account back in 2013 2014 so I don’t remember everything but I gave them the answers I thought they were and they were unable to recover the account. When I try to log in it says my credentials have expired. And I have no way of resetting the password because I can’t log into that email that’s linked to the account and I’m starting to get mad because I’ve spent probably around $100-200 on the game with buying expansion packs and stuff packs and now I can’t play it I’ve tried getting that account moved to my other one I filled out the form todo so and nothing ever happened 

I can’t access my account connected to my ps5 and I can’t do anything I can’t play or switch the email and your website isn’t any help
