You should be able to update your email at profile.ea.com. However, you'll need access to the current email on the account to do that. Since you don't, an advisor will need to help. It looks like you've been emailing with one. I also see a chat was started, but it doesn't look like that got a response. You can try opening another case and choosing the option for chat again. That can be done here. Thank you.
