How to change EA account email without access to old email address

This is ridiculous. My Xbox account is linked to my old school email account... that expired in 2016. For 5 years my Xbox has been linked to an ea account I can no longer access properly.

I can sign in, through Xbox, but anytime I try to go into account settings it sends a security code to my dead email. I try to change the email linked to it, I need a security code, from a dead email. It's absolutely insane that there's no way for me to change this.

I've made about 5 cases over the past years and every single time I'm told the same thing, that my details are incorrect so they can't do anything. Except I've given them literally everything they ask for. My purchase history, date of birth, games I've played, IP address. Yet nothing changes. Is there really not a single ****ing thing I can do except make an entirely new Xbox account just to play EA games? I've been using the same GT for well over 10 years, that's NOT going to happen.

To call this simply frustrating would be the understatement of the century.

For issues with accounts and updating information you will need to speak with our live support team using the steps I shared in my first reply. If our team is unable to assist then I'm sorry to say but there is nothing that we can do to change this on AHQ.

same issue I can't access my old gmail is deleted i cannot reset my gmail EA assistant cant verify it even i gather suffice information about it it sucks im sad
