How to restore default settings in Origin for PC?

I made a bunch of various changes to my Origin settings over the years and now I want to start over and reset them back to defaults.  But to my surprise, there is no reset button for restoring default settings in Origin!  And I'm not sure if uninstalling and reinstalling Origin will even help with this, because the settings might remain and get reused.  Is there an Origin settings file somewhere that I can simply delete so the next time I start Origin it will start with default settings?

NOTE: I'm on Windows 7 x64.  Searching online, I noticed there is a "Reset Origin" tool for Mac but not for PC.
