My game will not download! It says I’ve purchased cottage living and to view in library but not option to download?? Help!

Okay everyone I figured it out. There's something wrong with the preorder processing. I cancelled my order (I got an email that I will be refunded the full amount) and repurchased Cottage Living. It is now downloading. A very strange and frustrating glitch ☹️ Never preordering again tbh, just lost an hour of precious game time! 😛
Glad I came to read the threads. I had pre-ordered mine as well, but it was still "processing" so I canceled and re-purchased and now it's downloading too 🙂 Thanks everyone~ Happy Simming!
@jillianleake2 Mine finally downloaded but it isn't in the game i don't know how to get it actually in the game I've had the same issue with country kitchen and I don't know whats wrong.
@dinosaurpanda What game version are you running? Please load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen, or in the lower right corner. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.
@puzzlezaddict My game version number is 1.77.146.1630. Here is how I've troubleshooted so far with no luck:
I've cleared cache, restarted several times, uninstalled and reinstalled Origin. The downloads are in my account and they say they are installed but they are not activating in the game at all.
