Exact same here. I tried all of those things and more. Still nothing. I kind of want my money back. It shouldn't be this difficult to just simply install a game...
It doesn't for me, mine acts as if I never pre ordered it. The only option is to purchase it.
Same issue for myself as well - it is prompting me to repurchase the pack even though I purchased it weeks ago and I'm not able to download it.
I tried - updating the Sims 4, repairing the Sism 4, logging in and out, and redeeming a code (I couldn't find a code to redeem)
@FarmerLin That's where I went too. No option to download, only the option to buy it again...
I was having the same issue, but I just restarted my pc and it began downloading when I opened Origin.
It doesent work for me and im getting mad because i was waiting all night for it
I'm having the exact same issue. I Purchased it a few weeks ago. Money went out of account. Up until the game was released it said I had purchased it. Now its released it says purchase?!! Anyone have a fix for this. I'm not spending another £35 on it and I'm not happy I've spent £35 for nothing at the moment.
I think we have to wait until EA Play is over?

Mine says I own it & the world is there but it's fuzzy & it says I cannot play until it's downloaded & there is no dowload in the origin bar.
That's where I'm having the problem, says to buy and it's all ready been purchased.
I have 2 too, but one of them just has the button with the arrow under it and the other one just has the option to buy it
do not cancel it takes days to get your money back and re order what terrible advice!! this is hat happened when i tried to repurchase after cancelation
Mine doesn't download. It's there with the big orange DOWNLOAD button, but when I click it, nothing happens. The game should be out by now....I have no clue why it isn't working.
I had this same problem (there being a big download button but it not doing anything) and had to close Origin using task manager. Just closing Origin myself didn't work. But when I opened it again after closing with task manager the download started instantly 🙂
