    Hey all, 

    There is a thread on this issue over in the Sims 4 board here with an update from the Sims team.

It doesn't for me, mine acts as if I never pre ordered it. The only option is to purchase it.

Same issue for myself as well - it is prompting me to repurchase the pack even though I purchased it weeks ago and I'm not able to download it.

I tried - updating the Sims 4, repairing the Sism 4, logging in and out, and redeeming a code (I couldn't find a code to redeem)
