    Hey all,

@_Rolie_617 I am having the same problem. I am on East Coast as well. Did we get the time wrong?

@Sistahsunflower Definitely not, I checked the countdown on the Sims 4 website and it says it's been released.

    I'm having the same issue. I preordered it, but when I got to install it, it says I need to buy it. But I already bought it... I've tried restarting Origin, my computer... You name it.... Now sure what to do? I thought if I preordered it then I'd just get to play. This makes me never want to preorder a game again tbh

      For those having trouble, restart origin via task manager and check again. Fixes some of the problems that are happening currently.

      try to hit little settings wheel and 'update the game' or 'repai the game' this worked for me
