I'm having the same issue. I preordered it, but when I got to install it, it says I need to buy it. But I already bought it... I've tried restarting Origin, my computer... You name it.... Now sure what to do? I thought if I preordered it then I'd just get to play. This makes me never want to preorder a game again tbh
For those having trouble, restart origin via task manager and check again. Fixes some of the problems that are happening currently.

Restarting Origin via task manager hasn't helped. I preordered the game and it said my order was still processing, yet it took the money out of my account and I'm sitting here, an hour after launch, with nothing.
try to hit little settings wheel and 'update the game' or 'repai the game' this worked for me
