    Hey all, 

    There is a thread on this issue over in the Sims 4 board here with an update from the Sims team.

Yeah, I preordered as well. In Origin, it says "Buy," in my EA account, it says "Processing," and in game it says I already own the pack and just need to download it, but I don't have that option anywhere.
