    Hey all,

My game will not download! It says I’ve purchased cottage living and to view in library but not option to download?? Help!

    Okay everyone I figured it out. There's something wrong with the preorder processing. I cancelled my order (I got an email that I will be refunded the full amount) and repurchased Cottage Living. It is now downloading. A very strange and frustrating glitch ☹️ Never preordering again tbh, just lost an hour of precious game time! 😛

      Glad I came to read the threads. I had pre-ordered mine as well, but it was still "processing" so I canceled and re-purchased and now it's downloading too 🙂  Thanks everyone~ Happy Simming!

        I used a payement method that doesn't support cancelation of my pre-order ☹️

      @hermagnumopus How do you cancel an order? I'm on my order history for origin and it shows completed (I bought it June 30th) but I see no way to cancel. Since they are having trouble with their "contact us" pages, I hope you don't mind me asking how you did it?

        @LaurenBridge08 As far as I've heard from others here, not every payment method allows to cancel your order. Maybe it's also impossible as it states it's already "completed" in your case...
