    Hey all, 

    There is a thread on this issue over in the Sims 4 board here with an update from the Sims team.

I pre ordered Cottage Living and now that it’s been released it’s making me rebuy the pack and doesn’t give me an option to download.

There are some ongoing issues with the new release. 

If you are able to cancel and repurchase that seems to be fixing the problem currently. But any pre-order bonuses are lost. 

Hopefully, there will be an official statement shortly with the fix or ETA for a fix.
