Instead of downloading automatically like my pre-orders usually do, origin is saying I have to download it manually but the download button is broken. I click it and nothing happens.
Having the same problem, plus it's not showing up in my games. When I open the game doors and objects are missing.

We were seeing some delays in these downloads starting as pre-orders were taking a bit longer to process this time around, are you still having the issue with this?
One thing to try would be clearing your Origin cache as that can help clear out any corrupted files with Origin itself.
I've also seen this clear up for a number of folks after reinstalling Origin, so that may be worth a try if clearing the cache alone doesn't resolve this. Let us know how that goes!
