My game will not download! It says I’ve purchased cottage living and to view in library but not option to download?? Help!
@jillianleake2 Mine finally downloaded but it isn't in the game i don't know how to get it actually in the game I've had the same issue with country kitchen and I don't know whats wrong.
@dinosaurpanda What game version are you running? Please load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen, or in the lower right corner. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.
@puzzlezaddict My game version number is 1.77.146.1630. Here is how I've troubleshooted so far with no luck:
I've cleared cache, restarted several times, uninstalled and reinstalled Origin. The downloads are in my account and they say they are installed but they are not activating in the game at all.
@dinosaurpanda You're running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4, and the LE doesn't support any packs released after October 2019, including Cottage Living.
If your Mac cannot in fact run the standard version of Sims 4 and is stuck with the LE, you can request a refund for Cottage Living from EA customer support. Even though Sims 4 packs are usually not eligible for refunds, support often makes an exception in this case.
