I can´t remove Program files (x86) folder

I download game to another folder then Program files (x86). if I try to delete it it will re-create even if it is empty. and when I move him to make me do not do a mess in my folders, he'll also crea...

sorry but you did not visualize the problem and gave a presumptous answer. 

An empty, useless folder gets autorestored 1 second after we delete it... somewhere somehow windows is told that the folder should exist as if it was a vital folder. (I suspect the Origin installer)I

That's not the correct way to uninstall a game as the info will still be available in the registry @erixx11. To properly uninstall a game and to prevent his from happening you will have to either uninstall the game through Origin or through the Windows Settings.
