i cant find my public id

i cant find my public id that i need to sign in to my origin account i would really like some help

    Regarding your public ID, that would be your EA ID or also commonly referred to as username. Do you maybe remember what name was displayed when you logged into Origin before?

    Otherwise, you can also try logging in with your email address. If you still need help then I'd advise reaching out to our EA support who can help to get you access to your account again.
