why is/are the unlink button(s) gone?

Did you solve this issue? I can't solve it and EA is useless
And what if there's no unlink button...
I just finished a chat with an advisor and they said they can't do this since January 2025, when I asked how can I get it done then, they just basically said tough luck and ended the conversation there.
