asking because it wont let me do it and i don't want to make a new password that im going to forget and then i have to make another password!
i just wanna use the password that i had and that worked perfectly fine.
Community ManagerHey @StavrosZhekhov if having issues remembering your password then I would recommend writing down a reminder for yourself. A lot of people find that this helps them to keep track of the various passwords they use.

@EA_DarkoSpectacular answer. I'll just provide that to you here since EA has a indefinite password retention policy that no user should worry about a breach of security. My password today is "123qweASD" please keep it secure. 🙂

I checked my emails there and after having Origin since day one I've updated or changed my password 5 times. I'd recommend finding one that is unique and memorable to you so that you don't forget it.

such a bad format, punishes you for forgetting, I had to recent because i rumage between a few passwords for meaningless things like ea, and now all of them are unavailable, thank you for making it 10x harder to manage an account all for the sake of security that was never needed in the first place.
