I forgot my password, and no longer have access to the email for that account
Hello, I've been playing apex on my origin account since 2019 and have so much progress, I've switched to pc recently and understand cross-progression isn't here yet but I'm trying to login with my ea account and the password isn't working, turns out that I don't have access to my account email to reset the password, all I know is my username, I tried adding secondary email but that needs the email that I don't have anymore, I tried making EA call me, but it's not supported in my country (Egypt) and I tried to open the live chat, and I don't even have a button giving that option, the webpage says we are working on live chat right now, I waited for over 5 hours. This is unacceptable, I've done everything and EA aren't helping, they never thought that this would happen, and no way will I let go of that account, I spent a lot on it, I can't even contact ea!! absolutely unacceptable!!
