I went to go buy the Sims 4 Magic Expansion Pack. The "Couldn't verify card" pop up showed and i look on my debit card transactions and it had taken 3 dollars from me, one dollar for each time i tried to use my credit card. Is there anyway to fix this? do i call my bank or get in touch with origin for a refund of three dollars?
Community ManagerSorry to hear that you are having issues @Oodium. What you can try is removing all payment information from your Origin account and then logging out of Origin before relaunching it and adding your payment information again. You need to ensure that your details are identical to that which your bank has on file also.
