Is there any method of contact for Australians who need help?

I'm just trying to change the email attached to my account because it's too old to verify, but obviously I need to verify the account first, which I can't do, is there any option for me, as an Austra...

    Hey @matey111, I would recommend trying the phone number again later to see if you can get through.

The options offered to you will be the best avenue of support for the issue that you are having.

    @EA_DarkoThe options listed are:
    Try the Manage account details online.
    And try to call EA between 8:00am and 11:00pm UTC.
    I have tried both options.
    The former is not available due to aforementioned lack of verification on my account and the latter is unavailable due to when I called, my phone saying: We cannot connect to this number.
    I will try again though, using the method you provided.
