Hey @AustinH61 if you no longer have access to the email on the account then the only thing to do is to gather as much info as possible and fill out the account recovery form again: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/

You need to direct any questions to the team through the account recovery form.

@EA_Darko I'm sorry but that's not an option EA has offered me. I have already submitted the forms, and now literally wont let me submit a form. So I am stuck in this loop of being told to submit a form while having no ability to do so.
Can I please have a way to request account recovery other than the webform that is not working?
Community ManagerHey @AustinH61 the only way to recover an account is through the account recovery form.
If you have submitted multiple forms and have not had a response on all then please give the team time to respond.
There is nothing that on AHQ or anyone else can do to assist.

@EA_Darko So what happens when the other two forms come back denied? I used essentially the same information because nothing was different about each case. Then do I accept all my EA games are unplayable?
