Lost access to e-mail, created support ticket but got no help

Got a reply from EA asking for some info, gave the info but got a message saying "can't reply to this e-mail". Opened the ticket instead but can't post any info there only upload a file, so copied my...

    Hey @Crankster14 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Can accounts be deleted? Because none of my IRL friends have my account on their friend list anymore and searching for the name of the account (ssxssx331) yields no results. Changing the name of the account is impossible since the e-mail for this account has been deactivated long before I lost access to the account.
