@brileigh24 Have you tried the steps listed earlier in this thread?
The game code isnt on my history, or my confirmation email

@brileigh24 Finding the product code won't help here. It's already registered to your existing account, so you can't transfer it. And if you're being asked to provide it when launching the game, that's because you can't connect.
Can you please confirm which version of macOS you have, and list the steps you've already tried? That way I won't repeat any suggestions that have already not worked.

I have OS X Yosemite, and I've tried deleted and redownloading, hard resetting, cache clearing, pretty much everything I've seen recommended here.

@brileigh24 Have you specifically tried installing the legacy version of Origin? Instructions and a link to that version are in the second post on the first page of this thread. Be sure to do a clean uninstall of Origin (also linked in that post) before downloading the legacy version.
@katykinze I've moved your post to a more recent thread on the subject. Please read the instructions on page 2 for how to install a legacy version of Origin that works in Yosemite. If you want to request a refund, you'll need to contact EA customer support regardless of what shows up in your Origin library; their system should have a record of your purchase.
