Hello I had linked my PlayStation identity/account to an old unused EA account. Could someone contact me please to either merge my old EA account to my new active one or unlink my PlayStation account & link to my new active EA account.
These are both under different email address (EA accounts) - which I can access both of.
Sorry the support says I need to speak directly to a EA Game Advisor via chat, though neve allows me to do so

Thanks for the reply and advice EA_Drko.
Luckily I was able to access my old EA account - which I'd linked to my mobile phone number for verification so was able to reset passwords etc. Luckly also was the same for my old email address it was attached under.
I'm currently in the process of having my old EA account merged across into my current one.
