In situations where you no longer have access to the email address registered to an account, we do need to verify some additional information before any changes can be made.
While not every single question is required, if our advisors aren't able to match enough of the provided information with what was originally registered on the account, I'm afraid we won't be able to update this.
You're welcome to reach back out and try going through the recovery process again, though this is not something we're able to assist with on the forums directly.
Every-time I go through Contact Us - Create New Case - Origin - PC - Manage Account - it redirects me in a never ending circle of the same options. Is there a direct link that I can use to get to support without the run around?

You'd need to fill out the categories when opening a new case, even if you're going through the link in the previous post.
However, you should also be able to resume a prior case in your case history.
If you prefer you can also speak with support over Twitter or Facebook instead, though keep in mind the requested information will be the same regardless of the contact method.
