Every-time I go through Contact Us - Create New Case - Origin - PC - Manage Account - it redirects me in a never ending circle of the same options. Is there a direct link that I can use to get to support without the run around?
Community ManagerYou'd need to fill out the categories when opening a new case, even if you're going through the link in the previous post.
However, you should also be able to resume a prior case in your case history.
If you prefer you can also speak with support over Twitter or Facebook instead, though keep in mind the requested information will be the same regardless of the contact method.
