My friends and I cannot see each other online
Since over a entire year of using Origin to play Apex Legends, my friend and I often have the issue of being online and not seeing each other on our friends list. Due to this, we cannot join each other to play games. Instead, we have to both restart Origin and Apex until the system recognizes we are online and displays it to the other. This sometimes takes 20 minutes.
It sometimes happens when I first log in during the morning, and can't see my friend on my friends list. This is both within Apex and in Origin. Another time it happens, is after we're playing for a while on our main accounts, when my friend jumps on his alternative account. He'll log in and both of us cannot see the other as online. We'll have to play the game of restarting until it works, which can take some time.
I can't imagine this being an issue on both of our ends. When I use Apex on Steam, the issue persists. It has to be an origin issue. To be honest, origin has been not a smooth experience during many of my friends' time using it.
