My games dont run like they should.

Why do my games run weird whenever i start them from origin. When the game starts running it does a weird flashy thing to both of my screens like it would restart grafics driver. And then my games just turn in a weird colors mainly grey and dont run like they are supposed to.

Is there any fix cause i reinstalled origin and it didnt really help?

Thank you

    Hey @Jdzoe_blne,

There are definitely a couple things we could check to try and get that working a bit better for you.

If you're seeing weird flashing on your monitors and the games then just launch in strange colors that sounds like it's most likely related to your graphics card. I'd start by updating the drivers, or uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers if you have the most recent version already.

Steps to do all that can be found here:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#updatedrivers

There are a number of other steps on the page above that may help out as well, so it may help to work your way down through the various steps listed there.

If you're still having trouble after that point, can you attach a DxDiag file so we can get a bit more information about what may be going on? Thanks!

  • well my gpu is perfectly fine i can play every game with no problem. But on other launchers i dont know why it does it here on origin.

Were you able to get a DxDiag attached with the steps above so we can get a bit more information about this?

Hi @Jdzoe I have updated my intel HD graphic card drivers but same issue still exists while gaming, I suspect that Intel onboard graphic cards are not good for gaming. Kindly correct me if I am wrong. Do you have some other suggestions I should try before buying new graphic card
