My order wont go through and I cant get my money back
I have tried to redownload the game FIFA 23 using PayPal multiple times over the past few days and keep getting this error
Your action cannot be processed em.ext.10027
once I checked my PayPal I saw that there are multiple orders processing all from EA Swiss Sarl
they are all the same stating Your payment method will be charged when EA Swiss Sarl completes your order.
the money I had in my PayPal is also gone and I cant cancel any of these payments
Would appreciate assistance - it is way too difficult to get help on here. The live chat function does not work.
