My xbox account is linked to the wrong EA account

Hi, First I'd like to say that I have access to both EA Accounts and I simply need to migrate my xbox account to the latter of the two (one that my steam is linked to) But I go to settings on the old...

none of this helped.

I dealt with this nightmare last year, and now it's back AGAIN.

two accounts - one I never use and was meant for playstation.

one for Xbox which WAS connected after screwing with EA for weeks.

then it disconnected.

EA's back-end infrastructure is absolute utter trash.
