Name Change / ID contains a prohibited word or character

Recently, I try to change my id name. It  shows either "id contains a prohibited word or character" or "id has already been registered". Even I randomly type stuff on it, it shows id contains a prohi...

It seems like for you it is the combination of the letters E and A together that is the issue.
