Not receiving password reset emails

I've been having this same issue. Emails don't come through so I can't recover the account. Support told me to post on here for further assistance but it just looks like they're saying to contact support for further assistance so it's just one big loop. Does anyone have any sort of admin privileges in this company to update existing accounts? It seems incredibly ridiculous that if your account was deactivated (by EA), that you basically just lose your account if you can't get the recovery emails so you're just SOL. This is really absurd.

@Gruntingscrotis I'm having this exact same issue and it's preventing me from being able to play Madden 23 with any online services on my Playstation. My PSN in linked to the EA account I cannot login too because I'm not receiving the password reset email to login to the account. I've contacted EA support and they tell me to contact my email provider. I contact my email provider and there's no outages, email filters, banned/blocked domains, and NOTHING in my spam folder. So, I'm going in circles as well with no idea what to do. Glad I gave EA my money for Madden and cannot access the game fully...

    @ababin Same issue over here. They deleted/ deactivated my EA account and now when I go to reset the password, no emails are received. I've been in a support loop for a week trying to get this solved.

    @MrJupiter-4399 Are you on PSN or XBox? At least for PSN I just turned on sharing and made a new psn to connect to my ea since it still let's you play online if sharing is on. It's a dumb workaround but works

    If you all are still unable to unlink the deleted account using EA's "please contact support" route (not surprised), I'd highly recommend trying the recently discovered SalarymanDaishi Method

    If you have a deactivated EA account tied to your XBL/PSN profile and that EA account is associated with an email account that no longer exists, contacting EA's DPO should help you out. Should work just the same if you have forgotten your expired EA account but can still prove your XBL/PSN profile. The only difference is whether your old EA account can be fully recovered or merely unlinked from your XBL/PSN profile.
