As for an offline installer, there are no plans for one and it's not something that would be possible due to how games work. You need to be online to download a game.

About the offline installer: Good Old Games has offline installers for their games. I understand that an offline installer cannot be downloaded when the Internet is down. I was talking about downloading that offline installer BEFORE a possible (short term or long term)Internet collapse will happen. As for EA ,I hope it does not go bankrupt ,because I grew with their games. But ,as I said, we are living in some nasty times.
