old acct two accts i cant access, and i keep being rerouted from chat support

I went through two support sessions, both of which disconnected. I was then repeatedly looped through different unhelpful help articles, and had no option of chatting with support, which is the only ...

    Hey @lennyowinsbury for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Hey @lennyowinsbury the option to email would be when contacting our support using the steps above, it is not possible to email directly.

Darko,

Per the entire thread-

I cannot access that using those steps. I apologize for my tone, but you seem to repeatedly be acting on the assumption that I am able to get past clicking "I need help logging into my EA account", which I have told you three times now that I cannot do. 

Thank you for trying, but unless you can give me any kind of solution that doesn't rely on something I'm unable to do, please do not continue to give me solutions I mentioned in my original post I cannot access.

    Hey @lennyowinsbury I tested it there and following those steps was offered the option for email, chat or phone.


    If you are not seeing the same then I'd recommend trying a different browser and/or network to see if you continue to have the same issue.
