Hi, so this problem appears recently, one certain friend of mine always appears as offline in origin and in game (in this case apex legend) and he canot invite me even though I show as online to him. It doesn’t happen to the other because all the other friend appears normal when they’re online. My friend recently changed platform from st**m to origin, but he was at first playing in origin.
How do I fix this problem ?
Community ManagerHey @IPERSLEY, a lot of the time this issue is related to a network or connection issue.
Would you and your friend be able to try accessing Origin using a different connection to see if you see the same issue?
If you can set your phone as a mobile hot-spot and connect using mobile data to test that would be great.

Yes we have tried different connection, but he still appears online to me, and I appear online to him. We can still play as a party if we have a third person to invite me or him, not him directly to me and vice versa.
No no, my friend is the one that appears offline to me, whilst I appears online to him, eventhought both of us are online.
Oh yeah sorry, my bad, I mean my friend still appear offline to me and I appear online/away to him, he can send me game invites now, but I cant cause he appears as offline.
This issue also appears on my new friend now. So there's a total of 2 person that seems offline to me (that I know of) even thought they're online.
