Origin Activation Issues - MFPlat.dll Missing

Hi everyone,

If you're trying to activate your games on Origin but can't due to a missing MFPlat.dll error, then be sure to install the following Windows update on your system:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3099229/media-feature-pack-for-windows-10-n-and-windows-10-kn-editions-november-2015

This should take care of the error message and will result in activation of the game.

    That update does not solve my problem at all

    Please fix this problem.  I have spent over 12 hours with your sick tech support, with no solutions. I am running Windows Pro, not XP.  I need a solution.  I previously was able to play the game, until Windows 10 Pro ungraded.  I lost two hard drives with that update, because it no longer worked with the operating system. So this may not be a problem with your software, but a problem with Window 10 Pro. I liked your game, but this problem must be resolved. Deleting all software, and reinstalling it still gives the same error.
