Origin cant load up - ERROR CODE 106128 "external service is having some issues"

My origin client is always stuck on this screen after launch. It has the ERROR CODE 106128 "external service is having some issues"
Would anyone have any fix?
LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, I FOUND A FIX
Currently, Origins’ servers died. In order to play your offline games, launch origin in offline mode. Although this fix works only for signleplayer games and campaigns in multiplayer games, its better then nothing.
Edit: If you own a origin game on steam, click Verify game files. That should fix it too
