Origin Client Not Working No Matter What

Forgot to add this file from the Origin Installation Troubleshooter, formerly known as the Origin Reset Tool. Hoping this helps!

Mines have been doing the same thing as well. I uninstalled the app and everything nothing is working. I even talked to tech support and it seems they don't know what to do either.

Hello - 

I downloaded Origin on my 2020 iMac (Ventura 13.4 22F66)

I open the app and agreed to the terms, installed the helper, and tried to log in.

There is a cycling loading screen that refreshes the window and continues to load until the app eventually crashes

I reached out to EA support and we tried everything that I had already done, i.e. running the reset origin tool, clearing the cache and preferences, uninstalling origin, and then reinstalling before trying again. I run into the same issue every time. Please help!

When I try to open my Origin app on my macbook, it just continuously loads. I've tried rebooting my computer, downloading the troubleshooter, uninstalling and reinstalling the origin app, clearing the cache, and nothing has worked. I even checked if there are any software updates on my macbook and there are none. I've chatted with the EA support team and they're "looking into it". I'm not able to open my game because the app isn't working. Please let me know if this has ever happened to you.

Update: after hours of being on the phone with apple support, we got to a point where the only other thing they could do for me was wipe the entire computer, reinstall macOS, and try again. Unfortunately, I still run into the same issue with this device. At this point I am positive the fix has to be on EA’s side and they still have refused to help with any other solution.

I keep trying to log into Origin on Mac, but I'm having a couple of issues. First, when I click "keep me logged in," it reloads and any login info I put in disappears. Also the box won't be selected. 

And then, when I click "log in," it prompts me to send a verification code to my email. I click that button, and I get a verification email, but the Origin app goes into this endless loop of refreshing or something. I never get the prompt to actually enter in the verification code. 

I recently changed the email address I use with EA. I didn't have any issues the first couple of times after I made this change. I've never had account verification set up.
