Origin Empty Library

Hello! So I went to open origin because last night when i played I noticed a glitch and i might need to repair my game. The next day, today, i opened origin and found that it said my game library was...

    Hey @ubloony1961 best to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers as they will be better able to assist you. 

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Hey @cyberstxr can you try to Clear Origin Cache then log back in and check if your games appear? If not can you make sure no filters are selected in the top right of your library?

    i could not sign into origin so i changed my email and password now got new email and password go into my library and says its empty i have been with origin for a long time and over the last 10 years bought alot of the sims 4 games now they are all lost

      Hey @ubloony1961 when you say you changed your email and password did you update these on your existing EA account or did you create a new one which you are hoping to link to your EA account?

      Generally if you are unable to log into Origin you would not be able to update your details.

        No I went into Origin put my password in but kept saying password not recognised so I changed both but I didn't update it perhaps that's why I lost all my games also created new ea account has had problems with that too
