hello,
I am having the same issue as you, i have tried everything and noting has worked. I have also uninstalled origin and apex legends and reinstalled them both. With a fresh download of origin i had to change the name for it to open. Games will still give me the same error and i dont even know what to do next.

How about using the difficult method?
Uninstalling Origin using the difficult method with manual cleaning of registry entries - INSTRUCTION
While in the registry according to the instructions above, find in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Image File Execution Options the following values and if any of them appears there - delete them!
- OriginClientService.exe
- OriginCrashReporter.exe
- Origin.exe
- OriginER.exe
Make sure Origin services are running by going to services.msc
