origin friend list doesn't sychronize with simcity
Why my friend list in simcity 2013 won't sychronize with origin's? Eveytime I add a friend on origin, can't find him in simcity 2013.

I've tried that but it won't work. They can't find me in game after adding me on origin, either.
What's more bizarre is that if I meet a new friend, add him only from simcity 2013, then everything is fine. If I've already add him on origin, delete him, add him from game, then the problem above will occur again. And If I find him from some non private map, press the send friend request button in game(by this time he's already in my origin friend list), there'll be a error: could not send friend request, please try again later.
@pluviophile99 - On further research, it appears that to chat with friends in SimCity, you must be on the same server. From the Friends in SimCity FAQ:
Why can’t I find my friend in the Origin friends search? I know we are Origin friends and we both play SimCity.
A: This can result when you are playing on different servers. In order to play with your friends, you’ll all need to join the same server.
This must be why you are experiencing the errors when you have someone in your Origin friend list. Chatting through Origin is global, but chatting in SimCity is dependent on both of you being on the same server.
