Origin is not sending verification code to my email.

Origin is not sending a verification code to mt email. It's been months now.  I'm getting so aggravated 

technical issues

    Hey @C1ueefor issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

    Hi Darko, the agent that emailed me keep on saying that I opt for a call or chat.  I've been replying and telling them that there is no chat or call option here in the Philippines.  Why can't they just email me the verification code for "Origin" rather than giving me instructions that is not applicable to me.  All I ask is a verification code.  That's it!!!

    Hey @totonkut have you tried setting your country settings to see if you can use chat or phone?

    Hi Darko.  Finally I was able to play battlefield 3!  I don't know how you guys did it.  I did not receive any verification code.

    @EA_Darko Thanks Darko. I played with every option for reporting an issue until the chat option came up. It is all sorted now. They had to add a secondary email for me.
