origin library is empty?

i bought the sims 4 last year but my origin library says its empty. when i look up my past purchases there is a bunch that failed which doesnt  make sense and one from may last year when i bought sim...

    Hey @Beerizzal06 it's most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

@Beerizzal06 These are forums for game issues. User account can not be accessed here. Do you have ANY proof of purchase?. I am a technician who deals with customer support all the time and since this pandemic customer service (tech support) is well not what it used to be.Are you sure your using the login you activated the game with? Your games will be locked to your Origin account - not your email? For someone to look into your account you will need to contact an EA game consultant somehow. By phone or chat and I have used the call back feature a couple of times.
