Origin opening up randomly, always offline

My origin login screen has been popping up randomly the last 2 days, I've turned it off via task manager but it still opens up after a few minutes. It also continues saying "Online login currently un...

        It's still not fixed. Seems like we need a patch to this. Kindly fix this crap. I cannot play games in peace. I cannot even work in peace. This crap keeps popping up no matter what I do. So fix this obnoxious app.

      yep same for me and my close mates i play with daily. keeps opening during gameplay. also keeps trying to load up fifa when im in another game. Any updates EA??

        This has been going on with me as well. Excepted to find a fix but instead come here to find others still having the same issue and no reply. Kind of ridiculous that this hasn’t been fixed by now. Can’t play games without it ruining the experience for you. I would think that would be top priority to fix.

    I had same issue also with Fifa i had it keep dropping into background it feels on it on its own, Started 3 or 4 weeks ago then my tech help said reset computer did this was ok a few weeks now its come back again. Origin went nuts this morning kept popping up in front my fm20 why i was redownloading Fifa see if that fixed issue with fifa then it started opening Fifa launch window without me doing it and when i closed did it again few mins later. Wiull this issue be getting fixed as it frustrating and i cant play any online game of fifa as it disconnects me

      I started getting this problem like 2 weeks ago. I've done everything they say to do to fix it and nothing. In that 1 sentence that took me 20 sec to write it popped up 2 TIMES. Please EA I don't want to uninstall my games and cancel my subscription but I am about too because holy crap is this the most annoying thing to ever happen. I can't even play games on STEAM without being tabbed out every 2 minutes. PLEASE JUST PUT A PATCH THAT FIXES THIS I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR * DEVS THAT CONTROL ORIGIN DIDN'T SEE THIS LIKE WTF.

        I have the same problem since weeks now.

        Clearing the cache helped initially but it is back now again (since 2 weeks or so).

        I have to exit Origin (not just hitting the X) in order to stop it.

        Interestingly observation: when Origin is popping up my friends get a message that I am playing a game (which I do not do). Most often it is Battlefront or Fallen Order they got notified I am playing when this is happening.
