@11PANG11 Try running the Origin reset tool again and then manually deleting one more file that is apparently not being removed. Here are Bluebellflora's instructions:

You can also run the reset, remove the file, and then right-click on the Origin icon in Applications and select Move to Trash. Then download a fresh copy of Origin and install it.
I have the exact same problem, but mine is a pc windows 10. Looks just the screenshot 11Pang11 showed. Please help. Looks like overlay is gone.
