Origin will not install on Windows 10

Hello, 

I downloaded Origin Thin Setup and when I go to open the installer it starts to load, comes up on the task bar, and then goes away. 

I have tried the following so far: 

Started it as a admin

Run as windows 8 compatibility mode 

Removed Norton antivirus (in case it was blocking it) 

When I open it with my task manager open it loads up and then comes up with not responding then closes. When I click on the item though it them comes up with a "serious Problem" window. 

This is so frustrating! I paid for NFS Heat and I can't even use it!
