Origin won't even open or uninstall..

Have you tried to uninstall Origin this way? 

1. Open the Control Panel by searching for it in the Start menu.
2. Click Uninstall a program under Programs.
3. Click Origin, then click Uninstall.
   • You’ll get a warning that EA games may not be functional.
4. Click Uninstall.

When you want to reinstall Origin, download it from origin.com.

If it still doesn't work try this:

•Clear Origin Cache 

•Clean Boot

•Close Background Apps

It won't even uninstall, I click uninstall nothing comes up OR anything that's what I am saying.

And I am not really comfortable doing a boot afraid I'll mess up my computer.

I even tried a hard uninstall with origin followed all the steps...then redownloaded....and it downloaded and installed, but never came back up...and once again I click nothing is happening ;-;

Okay I now nptoce steam won't open either, but will install..all I can think about is I deleted my avast, and when I DID have it I made the program put steam and origin asleep...but...I am gonna try and reinstall it and see if it wakes them...could this be the problem? But it shou;dn't after I deleted avast? This is so strange.
