@nathaliakerche Please uninstall and reinstall using this method:

And make sure you don't have a proxy enabled. Here's how to check:

@puzzlezaddict I've uninstalled using this method and reinstalled twice and I still get an infinite reload loop when I try to log in to origin.

@sjcras If you've enabled two-factor authentication on your EA account, please disable it and reset Origin again.

Include an Origin error report ID, as described in the accepted solution on page one.
